The facility has its own fully equipped kitchen, dressing room, restrooms and a sound system. We will provide and set up tables and chairs for your special occasion. PRICING
Rental Fee: $300.00 for 3 hr minimum $75.00 per hour after (1 extra hour allowed for set-up and clean-
up time)
$500.00 to reserve facility for entire day
(up to 12 hours)

Holding Deposit: $100.00 holding deposit which is applied
to balance of rental fee. Must pay deposit to
reserve date.

Security Deposit: $250.00 refundable security deposit
required 2 weeks (14 days) before reserved
date. $300.00 deposit if serving alcohol or staying past 9 pm

Sound System Fee: $25.00 fee for use of sound system
during event.

Table Cloths: $6.00 per table
Table Centerpieces: $2.00 each

Balance: Must be paid in full by cash or check 2 weeks (14 days) prior to event date.

If you are staying past 9 pm or serving alcohol there is a required security. We will book them and there is a fee of 30.00 an hour. Must cancel 2 weeks prior to event in order to receive refunded holding deposit. All payments MUST be paid in full by either cash or check 2 Weeks Prior to scheduled event.
